如何獲取域名轉(zhuǎn)移密碼？
域名轉(zhuǎn)移注冊(cè)商時(shí)必須向原注冊(cè)商索取到 轉(zhuǎn)移密碼（auth-code）才能進(jìn)行。像Godaddy等國外注冊(cè)商，一般在控制面板上就可以直接點(diǎn)擊一個(gè)按鈕發(fā)送auth-code到域名所有人的郵箱之中，國內(nèi)的注冊(cè)商一般都沒有自由獲取轉(zhuǎn)移密碼的功能，需要聯(lián)系注冊(cè)商或之前注冊(cè)域名的代理商，人工索取轉(zhuǎn)移密碼，或提出要進(jìn)行域名轉(zhuǎn)出。這樣原注冊(cè)商一般會(huì)給出相應(yīng)的處理流程。
如果原來是通過萬網(wǎng)、新網(wǎng)等注冊(cè)商的代理商購買的域名，如果代理商不給轉(zhuǎn)移密碼，可以先向萬網(wǎng)等 注冊(cè)商直接投訴，如果注冊(cè)商也不配合處理再向ICANN、CNNIC等注冊(cè)局投訴。
按照域名相關(guān)管理機(jī)構(gòu)的規(guī)定（ICANN域名轉(zhuǎn)移政策），原注冊(cè)商不能擅自拒絕或限制域名的轉(zhuǎn)出，也不能以任何名義對(duì)域名轉(zhuǎn)出額外收取費(fèi)用； 如果原注冊(cè)商以各種名義阻攔域名轉(zhuǎn)出或要求對(duì)域名轉(zhuǎn)出收費(fèi)的，
域名持有者可以按照以下方式進(jìn)行投訴；

國內(nèi)域名投訴方式： 投訴郵箱為[email protected]，投訴電話為010-58813000
（國內(nèi)域名轉(zhuǎn)移，部分注冊(cè)商要求郵寄轉(zhuǎn)移申請(qǐng)表、身份證、營業(yè)執(zhí)照復(fù)印件等資料才給轉(zhuǎn)移密碼。針對(duì)這種故意阻止轉(zhuǎn)移的行為，可以聯(lián)系CNNIC進(jìn)行投訴 投訴郵箱為[email protected]，投訴電話為010-58813000 。 投訴郵件中請(qǐng)注明你的域名，并附上身份證、營業(yè)執(zhí)照掃描件等資料，以便證明你是該域名的所有者，并且用域名所有者的郵箱來發(fā)郵件。 目前萬網(wǎng)、西部數(shù)碼等注冊(cè)商不要求郵寄原件，直接在線上傳資料即可轉(zhuǎn)移域名，其他部分注冊(cè)商要求郵寄原件以阻攔轉(zhuǎn)移）

以下是國際域名的投訴流程，一般投訴幾天后即可收到轉(zhuǎn)移密碼。
ICANN域名投訴
在域名轉(zhuǎn)移注冊(cè)服務(wù)商時(shí)，遇到原來的注冊(cè)商拒絕轉(zhuǎn)移的，或者以各種理由阻止轉(zhuǎn)移，涉及國際域名的問題都可以在ICANN投訴。一般說來因?yàn)镮CANN根據(jù)用戶投訴有權(quán)取消注冊(cè)商資格或進(jìn)行處罰，所以投訴是相當(dāng)見效的。通過在線提交問題投訴注冊(cè)服務(wù)商的方式可以獲取轉(zhuǎn)移授權(quán)碼，投訴網(wǎng)頁中填寫的情況說明需提交英文版，可以參照模板格式修改對(duì)應(yīng)的信息使用。
一、登錄ICANN官方網(wǎng)站轉(zhuǎn)移表單提交投訴

1、填寫基本信息，標(biāo)注*號(hào)的為必填
填寫ICANN域名投訴信息
* Name 姓名，必須填寫
Organization(if any) 組織機(jī)構(gòu)，非必填。
* Email address必須填寫電郵地址方便注冊(cè)商（regestrar）聯(lián)系，必須用whois信息中域名所有人的郵箱。
Phone number(optional) 填寫電話號(hào)碼，非必填。
* Domain name必須填寫 投訴的域名，如abc.com ，注意不用填www. （上圖示例有錯(cuò)）。 此處只能填寫單個(gè)，提交時(shí)系統(tǒng)會(huì)自動(dòng)查詢注冊(cè)商
2、Indicate the reason(s) 選擇投訴的問題類型，選域名轉(zhuǎn)移中遇到的相關(guān)的問題。

They ask me to renew the domain first which will cost me xx RMB and 60 days.I think I’m the domain owner and I have the right of transfering my domain by free。 But many domain agents in China (not only xxx)always set up many check points and collect fees to avoid customers transfering domain out of them。
Please ask xxx。com send the auth-code of mydoname.com to it’s owner email and regulate the behavior of Chinese agents。

二、大概1-5天內(nèi)，即可收到注冊(cè)商的回復(fù)郵件。
一般情況，域名注冊(cè)商直接提供域名的轉(zhuǎn)移授權(quán)碼。
如遭遇原域名注冊(cè)服務(wù)商阻攔，可以再次向ICANN投訴。投訴間隔一般最長不超過7天，最短不要小于2-3天，需要關(guān)注注冊(cè)商工作時(shí)間，避免非工作時(shí)間處理延時(shí)。

?域名所有人名稱前期填寫錯(cuò)誤是可以修改的，所有人電子郵件地址必須是正確可用的。
?使用域名whois信息上所有人或管理人的郵箱地址填寫報(bào)告或投訴，以此證明管理身份。
?獲取到轉(zhuǎn)移密碼要及時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移，如果域名被鎖定（lock 或 hold狀態(tài)），時(shí)間過了轉(zhuǎn)移密碼也會(huì)失效。
